- What counts as a completed interview?
- One billable unit is a single completed interview with a contact, in any mode (call, browser voice, text chat). Voicemails, no-answers, failed attempts, and declines are never billed.
- Do unused interviews roll over?
- No — the included allotment of 10 resets each monthly billing period.
- What currency do you bill in?
- All billing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- Can I cap my spend?
- Yes. Set a monthly spend cap and Nosie pauses outreach when it's reached, and emails you so nothing surprises you on an invoice.
